This album is a return to some of my earliest inspirations. The compositions are original, although having said that, I think it may be true that you don't write blues, you just play them. This one features harmonica, country picking, slide guitar and even some sequenced accompaniments to simulate a jazz/blues feel on a few tunes.

If you know your blues, I am sure you will hear flashes of John Lee, Sonny Boy, Charles Mingus, Howling Wolf, Walter Horton and others.
